摘要: The goal of this study is to identify issues and actors with a relation usability in the product development consumer electronics. Literature regarding practice has been analysed for that are thought influence usability. In addition four professionals electronics (in different positions companies) were interviewed. results touch upon broad spectrum topics, such as process architecture, company culture, organisation department, management issues, methods available attitude, background experience process. range justifies an integrated approach towards research practice, including more than just ‘core’ aspects.
