摘要: Although extensive studies on the oxidation of carbon monoxide (CO) in aerobic carboxydotrophic bacteria have been carried out for over 30 years, utilization CO as a source and energy by mycobacteria was recognized only recently. Studies pathogenic nonpathogenic revealed that basis these is different many aspects from other carboxydobacteria. We review mycobacterial carboxydobacteria, which unique physiological, biochemical, molecular, genetic phylogenetic points view.
