摘要: Abstract The mechanisms which contribute to the actions of atypical antipsychotic drugs, such as clozapine and putative agents remoxipride raclopride, are reviewed. Examination available preclinical clinical data leads two hypotheses concerning mode action drugs. first hypothesis is that antagonism dopamine D 2 receptor both necessary sufficient for profile, but interaction with subtypes differentiates typical from second has been previously advanced, suggests a relatively high ratio serotonin 5-HT : may subserve profile. It seems likely drug profile be achieved in more than one way.
