摘要: Abstract Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the diagnostic reliability hysteroscopy (HSC) and hysterosalpingography (HSG) in patients suffering from primary secondary infertility. Method: Seventy women (50 with 20 infertility) undergoing HSC HSG were prospectively studied capacity two techniques compared. Results: proved have a sensitivity 79.1% specificity 81.8%, an 18.1% false-positive rate 18.9% false-negative rate. Conclusion: is exclusive importance assessment tubal morphology function has complementary role inspection uterine cavity ostia.
