摘要: A process for producing a binder (cement) to be used in slurry, mortar, or concrete having low water-to-cement ratio. As raw-material the is at least 50% by weight of hydraulic material, such as slag, technical pozzolanas and/or natural pozzolanas. The material ground specific surface 400 m 2 /kg. To added 0.1 5% plasticizing sulphonated polyelectrolyte. are also total 0.5 8% sodium carbonate hydroxide. Added small amounts, and hydroxide, separately combination, considerably shorten hardening time concrete, yield excellent strengths, make it possible use cheap raw-materials.
