摘要: Abstract As osteoarthritis and hypertension coexist often in patients aged >60 years, the coadministration of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) with therapies is common practice clinical medicine. Clinical trials arthritis have shown that many agents within NSAID class may induce significant increases systolic blood pressure, particularly when are using renin-angiotensin–blocking agents, β-blockers, or diuretics as antihypertensives. The pressure caused by NSAIDs large enough to be concern. Sustained elevations elderly associated risk both ischemic hemorrhagic stroke, congestive heart failure, cardiac events. Recognition development destabilization control an awareness those place at for could lead reductions cardiovascular morbidity.
