PVT-Robust CMOS Programmable Chaotic Oscillator: Synchronization of Two 7-Scroll Attractors

摘要: Designing chaotic oscillators using complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) integrated circuit technology for generating multi-scroll attractors has been a challenge. That way, we introduce current-mode piecewise-linear (PWL) function based on CMOS cells that allow programmable generation of 2–7-scroll attractors. The mathematical model the oscillator designed herein four coefficients and PWL function, which can be varied to provide high value maximum Lyapunov exponent. are implemented electronically by designing operational transconductance amplifiers programmability their transconductances. Design simulations provided 0.35 μ m technology. Post-layout process–voltage–temperature (PVT) variation demonstrate robustness Finally, highlight synchronization two seven-scroll in master–slave topology generalized Hamiltonian forms observer approach. Simulation results show synchronized robust PVT variations suitable secure communication applications.
