摘要: Hyaluronic acid (HA) has important applications in the field of orthopedics, ophthalmology and cosmetics. This polymer can be present cosmetic products or used as a dermal filler. The latter frequently contains cross-linked HA. Today's methods to quantify amount HA are not very specific. In this paper development validation specific identification quantification method is described. proposed utilizes an essential pre-extraction step prior by infra-red spectroscopy followed identity confirmation with carbazole micro-assay. was successfully validated using “total error” approach accordance requirements ISO-17025. During variety formulations including those legal containing fillers were taken into consideration. As proof principle, suspected illegal intercepted 2016 assessed. All samples 2 out 14 conform for claimed sample. Most contained much less than what on package. Taken together, newly developed suspicious HA-containing fillers. Furthermore, doesn't require use expensive instrumentation reagents therefore executed any laboratory equipped centrifuge, micro-plate reader heating block.
