摘要: Abstract Mutants of E. coli B/1 were isolated which grew normally but did not permit the intracellular growth bacteriophage T7. Two classes mutants studied in detail (tsnB− and tsnC−). These strains adsorbed T7 killed by infection. Synthesis RNA early late proteins occurred after In T7-infected tsnB− cells, DNA synthesis stopped prematurely shortly its onset, suggesting that tsnB function affects a step phase replication. Mutants (T7β) could grow on cells. tsnC− was completely blocked, tsnC an
