摘要: Pathogenic bacteria produce a large variety of protein toxins that modify specifically array intracellular targets, thus altering cell physiology and function. Studies their mechanisms action have led to the discovery molecular cellular basis disease in which given bacterial toxin is involved. At same time, these studies provided novel simple tools study biology. This article dedicated describe potential use some are grouped on mode and/or targets.
