摘要: There is an increasing variety of hydrometeorological information sources available for operational water management. These comprise in-situ measurements, Earth Observation, meteorological models, and hydrological models. The effective use all these together challenged by two aspects. First, there communication technology (ICT) challenge acquiring, processing, merging, presenting the various data streams operationally. Secondly, are methodological gaps on how to integrate multiple in a useful way. An system, MyWater platform, has been developed cope with technological challenges. This platform allows setting-up automatic service chains, e.g. flood early warning or drought monitoring, customised output results visualisation. objectives paper presented hereafter introduce range available, implement combine model simulation case study Umbeluzi catchment Southern Africa was selected as example. A SWAT forced precipitation input from different models addition scarce rain gauges. successful test period showed that ICT Water such availability does not have be limiting factor complex management services. Platforms facilitate hindcast analysis multi-variate multidimensional (space-time) cross-validation predictions. strong capability handling wide array spatial time series data. And it highly customisable visualisation, workspace design, reporting tools, whole focussed intuitive ease use. development part Project EU FP7.
