摘要: Abstract Water managers in arid and semi-arid areas must allocate limited irrigation water to different use sectors considering the conflicting objectives, seasonal runoff inflow, multiple uncertainties. To deal with these problems, an interval multiobjective multi-stage stochastic programming (IMMSP) model was proposed for finding reasonable water-storage scale optimizing irrigation-water resources. Key factors planning resources, such as random runoff, uncertainty data collection, economic benefits, leakage loss, deficit, were fully considered IMMSP model. Additionally, important indicator describe supply capability of local project, including reservoirs, agricultural ponds etc., scale, defined ratio storage capacity over total streamflow, is obtain quantitative relationship between this objective IMMSP. This study attempted well provide a reference determining from perspective optimization. In addition, solve model, modified minimum deviation (MMD) method dealing uncertainties, making tradeoff among reflecting importance objectives. Both MMD applied real-world water-allocation problem middle reaches Heihe River basin verifying its validity. The solutions generate set decision alternatives under scenarios further guide identify optimal management strategies project construction conservancy. Moreover, sound discussion contribution made comparisons each single-objective (economic deficit) demonstrate that results obtained by approach are more practical than single same constraints. These can not only effectively contribute ecological restoration, but also information plan regional values.
