摘要: Background: Many patients experience impaired cerebral oxygen delivery secondary to vasospasm and delayed ischemia following aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH). Anaemia is common after SAH affecting up 50% patients, which may decrease associated with worse clinical outcomes. Transfusion of allogeneic red cells increases the content blood but it not consistently improved physiologic markers The threshold for transfusion clear in SAH. A recent survey found that most physicians would alter their who develop ischemia. objective our study identify predictors determine if diagnosis rates . Materials Methods: We retrospectively reviewed charts 100 consecutive were admitted ICU mechanical ventilation, collected demographic data. Data analyzed association between factors differences without vasospasm. Statistical methods included t -test, univariate analysis multivariate analysis. Results: from 96 Incidence anaemia haemoglobin (Hb) Conclusions: From retrospective review, we conclude incidence higher Sex starting lowest Hb levels only likelihood while presence was not.
