摘要: Sarco(endo)plasmic reticulum calcium adenosine triphosphatase is responsible for transporting cytosolic into the sarcoplasmic and endoplasmic to maintain homeostasis. dominant isoform expressed in cardiac tissue, which regulated by endogenous protein inhibitors, post-translational modifications, hormones as well microRNAs. Dysfunction of sarco(endo)plasmic associated with heart failure, makes a promising target failure therapy. This review summarizes current approaches ameliorate function focuses on phospholamban, an inhibitor triphosphatase, pharmacological tools gene therapies.
