摘要: The invention discloses a photoelectric chemical detection method of zearalenone based on TiO2 mesocrystal. According to the method, polydopamine-sensitized rutile type mesocrystal is used as active substrate material and applied an immobilization antibody; mesoporous cobaltosic oxide marked secondary antibody signal probe; sensor sandwich immune recognition mode prepared by using amplification effect probe quantitative zearalenone; stability high conductivity polydopamine, polydopamine RTM composite can accelerate transferring speed photoinduced electrons increasing photocurrent signals; through process, OMCO with competitive light-harvesting capability introduced into sensing interface; high-sensitivity in concentration range 1x10 ng/Ml-20ng/mL be achieved.
