摘要: Structural, optical and dielectric properties of polypyrrole (Ppy) were studied. Structural Ppy studied using FT-IR UV–visible spectrophotometer. Optical band gap (\(E_{g}\)) values in an ionic liquid increased with composite raw material. Moreover, the relation between refractive index (n) was estimated by Moss then n high-frequency constant (\(\varepsilon^{{\prime }}\)) calculated. The experimental lower than theoretical calculated from relation. alternating current (ac) conductivity shows that compound is a typical organic semiconductor, as its increases increasing frequency obtained results have been discussed terms correlated barrier hopping (CBH) model. absorption coefficient effects samples exhibited nearly-Debye type process. α τ0 are ~0.14 ~0.01587 s, respectively.
