摘要: Measurements of thermal conductivity, λ, for the alkaline earth compounds SrCl2 and SrF2 indicate that λ SrC12 is less than by a factor 4 to 5 over temperature range from 85 400 K. This difference can be related differences in other parameters two compounds. At lower end range, resistivities, λ−1, both materials are linear; but large positive deviations occur at higher range. Calculated values using an equation acoustic phonon conduction agree with experimental within 30% entire measurement The linearity appear due effect lattice dilation on Debye temperatures Gruneisen constants.
