摘要: High-grade central nervous system (CNS) tumors are notorious for high rates of recurrence and poor outcomes. A small cohort tumor cells, dubbed stem cells (TSC), now being recognized as an important subset the that is resistant to chemotherapy radiotherapy account rates. Recent research developing modalities target TSCs specifically in a bid improve response whole.
