Model Predictive Control of a Direct Wave Energy Converter Constrained by the Electrical Chain using an Energetic Approach

摘要: The control strategy for Direct Wave Energy Converters (DWEC) is often discussed without taking into account the physical limitations of electric Power TakeOff (PTO) system. This inappropriate modelling assumption leads to a non-realistic or bad use systems, that failure minimize global " per-kWh system cost. We propose here Model Predictive Control (MPC) takes main limits an electrical chain: maximum force, power and simplified loss model chain. To compare this optimal with other strategies, we introduce notions control, energy efficiencies. Furthermore, original representation used value state at end MPC horizon. Finally, make several sensitivity study on constraint economical pre-sizing
