摘要: Phloretin (Ph) existing in apples, pears and various vegetables is known to have antitumor activities several cancer cell lines. However, little about its effect on human lung cells. The aim of the present study was see whether Ph could induce apoptosis non-small (NSCLC) cells, explore possible underlying mechanism action. We found that markedly induced NSCLC line A549, inhibited migration A549 cells a dose-dependent manner. expression level BAX, cleaved caspase-3 -9, degraded form PARP increased Bcl-2 decreased after treatment. In addition, phosphorylation P38 MAPK, ERK1/2 JNK1/2 dose‑dependent manner parallel with Inhibition MAPK by specific inhibitors significantly abolished Ph-induced activation -9. vivo tumor-suppression assay further indicated (20 mg/kg) displayed more significant inhibitory xenografts tumor growth. All these findings indicate able inhibit growth inducing through pathways, therefore may prove be an adjuvant treatment NSCLC.
