摘要: Proteomic studies alongside with other post-genomic approaches are rapidly progressing in plant biology. This trend is reflected by the increased number of publications related to proteomics last several years. While proteomic span from global characterisation proteomes (the protein complements) whole plants and organs more detailed particular proteins, there an increasing demand for methods allowing sophisticated (and preferably quantitative) analysis a variety cells, compartments organelles, post-translational modifications, complexes their dynamics.
