摘要: Abstract Evans (1971) has reported that voids produced by irradiation could form into three-dimensional arrays. Since then void lattices have been observed in a number of metals, for example, Mo, W, Nb, Ta, Al and Ni. In all these metals the pattern ordering shows many similarities. A theories proposed to explain stability lattice. Notable amongst are Malen Bullough (1971), Foreman (1972), Lucas (1973) work Benoist Martin (1975) Imada (1978) who viewed void-lattice formation terms spinodal decomposition involving point defects. On similar lines, Krishan (1981) recently kinetics can be understood bifurcation homogeneous state associated with extended Detailed results presented this paper it shown is induced coupling microstructural variables defects; pha...
