摘要: ABSTRACTA novel offline solid-phase extraction high-performance liquid chromatography method is reported for the determination of phenolic acids in Atriplex hortensis L. Isolation analytes was performed by maceration followed with hydrophilic–lipophilic balance cartridges. The using C18 guard and analytical columns. mobile phase 0.08%, aqueous o-phosphoric acid 40:60 water/acetonitrile gradient eluation. were detected at 254 nm an ultraviolet detector.
