摘要: Formaldehyde (FA) is endogenously produced in live systems and has been implicated a diverse array of pathophysiological processes. To disentangle the detailed molecular mechanisms FA biology, reliable method for monitoring changes cells would be indispensable. Although there have several fluorescent probes reported to detect FA, most are limited by slow detection kinetics intrinsic disadvantage detecting an irreversible manner which may disturb endogenous homeostasis. Herein we developed coumarin-hydrazonate based fluorogenic probe (PFM) on finely-tailored stereoelectronic effect. PFM could respond swiftly reversibly. This, together with its desirable specificity sensitivity, endows us track neurovascular excellent temporal spatial resolution. Further study brain tissue imaging showed first direct observation aberrant accumulation cortex hippocampus Alzheimer's mouse model, indicating potential as diagnostic tool.
