摘要: The effective use of Information Technology (IT) to help modern companies improve service quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction and productivity is a very crucial issue nowadays. Intelligent solutions, based on Expert Systems (ES), solve complicated practical problems in various sectors are becoming more widespread. However, the real success applied expert systems improvement companies' performance being investigated by research community. In this framework, primary objective paper present what important for successful ES application terms quality kind mistakes can be made. Our analysis an empirical evaluation three applications that have successfully been industrial long time development which we personally involved. key findings expressed as 14 hypotheses ES. support each discussed.
