摘要: Tibial tunnel placement during endoscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction has received increased emphasis in the recent literature. Appropriate length is a critical technical consideration. A that too short results graft extrusion, necessitating supplemental fixation techniques. long may make distal and femoral difficult. simple rule proposed allows for correct of bone plug consistently within tibial tunnel, allowing interference screw fixation.
