摘要: The intercalation of SO42− into MgAl hydrotalcites was investigated under microwave irradiation, and the structural physiochemical properties intercalated were determined using XRD, FTIR, SEM/EDS, BET BJH techniques. Microwave irradiation contributed to anions, which brought about high amounts interlayer spaces crystallinity. enhanced acidic sites that cooperated with alkaline activate NH4+ molecules simultaneously leading a significant increase in removal ammonia–nitrogen synthetic wastewater. Kinetics thermodynamics revealed Langmuir isotherm fitted experimental results well, kinetics more accurately represented by pseudo second-order model. intercalation–reconstruction process chemisorption nature mainly through hydrogen bond forces, followed exchange –OH anions SO42−.
