摘要: It was experimentally shown that, in a 3d-impurity-doped ZnSe crystal with the zinc blende structure, nanosized ionic shear displacements of trigonal (ZnSe : Ni, V) and tetragonal Cr) types arise at temperatures 300 120 K.
