The Cases of Myositis Ossificans of the Iliopsoas Muscle.

摘要: This is a report of two cases with an atraumatic myositis ossificans the iliopsoas muscle, which rare disease.In first case, muscle was operatively dissected since infectious desease had been suspected. However, no abscess observed in and bacteriae detected culture. Histological examination suggested that it initial stage ossificans.In second CT scanning showed ossified lesion muscle. The disappeared conservative therapy using Uronase injection.
