摘要: In accordance with one embodiment of this invention, a silica hydrogel is prepared and dried in the presence pore preserving agent after which titanium compound anhydrously incorporated therewith. second or xerogel impregnated an aqueous organic acid solution substituted unsubstituted acetylacetonate. The invention allows use conventional drying to produce exhibiting characteristics associated azeotrope titanium-silica for as support chromium catalysts. resulting catalysts are broadly applicable polymerization olefins particular utility slurry olefins, particularly predominantly ethylene monomer.
