摘要: Higher vertebrates appear to possess six genes encoding a homeodomain of the distal-less type. We report cloning and expression pattern chicken DLX3 gene, homeobox gene highly related DLX5 with regard both encoded protein structure pattern. RNA was observed during development olfactory otic placodes, in distal portion first second visceral arch mesenchyme, growing limb buds, tail tip. No occurs central nervous system.
