摘要: A visible-to-near-infrared spectral converting phosphor Ce3+, Pr3+ co-doped Sr2SiO4 was synthesized by a solid-state reaction, and developed as potential solar convertor for Si cells. The diffuse reflection, photoluminescence excitation emission spectra at room temperature 3K were investigated. visible near infrared luminescent properties energy levels of investigated in detail. These results demonstrate that the absorption greatly broaden enhanced UV-Vis through efficient feeding allowed 4f-5d Ce3+. transfer mechanism including downshift quantum cutting process is also proposed.
