摘要: Abstract The mechanism which gives rise to high electrical conductivity through a Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film in metal/LB film/metal sandwich has been studied. systems investigated were Ag/ω-tricosenoic acid/Ag and Au-Pd/cadmium stearate/Au. Metallic pathways found exist the LB films, even for relatively thick multilayers ( N ≈ 40 layers). These are estimated be about 6 × 10 -3 μm 2 area. Switching effects observed these filaments on application of voltage pulses. For thickest films (about 100 layers) there is evidence that conduction predominantly organic regions form log I ∝ V 1 .
