摘要: Chiral and achiral β-turn mimetic polymer conjugates were synthesized, their chiroptical properties investigated. helical poly(n-hexyl isocyanate)s (PHICs) with alkyne functional end groups (4.0–5.4 kDa) synthesized via coordination polymerization using either a chiral or an alkyne-functional organotitanium catalyst. The obtained polymers coupled structure the copper-catalyzed azide/alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction, in turn allowing to tune distance between PHIC-helix center from 7 14 A. successful linkage of was confirmed by size exclusion chromatography (SEC), high performance liquid (HPLC), 1H NMR spectroscopy, MALDI-ToF mass spectrometry, proving attachment one two PHIC-helices central β-turn.
