摘要: Motion correction has been added to a PET-MR reconstruction tool, SIRF, by incorporating registration package, NiftyReg. New functionality demonstrated in the context of estimating kinetic parameters left temporal lobe, comparing direct and indirect reconstructions evaluating impact using motion correction.Principal component analysis was used detect determine time frames, while STIR’s parametric-OSEM perform motion-corrected parametric reconstruction.It found that variance lobe decreased when performed, same true compared indirect.With entirety can be performed from single Matlab or Python script.
