摘要: Occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery by thromboembolism is an uncommon cause acute intestinal ischemia but carries a high mortality. This report describes case in 80 year old woman treated successfully selective lowdose infusion Streptokinase over 17 hours. Only twelve previous cases have been reported world literature. Selective thrombolytic therapy appears effective treatment thromboembolism, particularly elderly patients with operative risk.
