Influence of thermal treatment on Y1−χCaχBa2Cu3−χCoχO7

摘要: Abstract Two series of Y 1−χ Ca χ Ba 2 Cu 3−χ Co O 7 oxides have been synthesized by two different thermal treatments for =0.12, 0.24, 0.30 and 0.36. The structure these has determined neutron powder diffraction. standard treatment under oxygen leads to a transition from orthorhombic tetragonal χ≥0.09. These samples were then reduced argon reoxidized oxygen. This allows one obtain the stabilization domain until =0.30. study shows ability cobalt migrate into Cu(2) sites. However, this is much smaller than in case iron. results confirm important role Cu(2)-pyramidal layers superconducting properties “123” oxides.
