摘要: Magnetic resonance spectroscopy is a relatively new technique for the study of in vivo biochemistry. It offers look into several biochemical reactions normally functioning intact tissues. This chapter will not describe basic NMR experiment and various atoms that can be studied by it. For an introduction to field reader referred monographs on subject (e.g. Gadian [1]). The also only briefly basics phosphorus nuclear magnetic (31P NMR). I concentrate use 31P muscle mitochondrial disorders related conditions. Findings other energy metabolism glycolytic defects) described. Data normal presented if they are relevant diseases.
