摘要: Two strains of Phanerochaete chrysosporium and a local isolate white-rot fungus, if pre-cultured in high nitrogen medium with glucose, could decolorize two azo dyes (Amaranth Orange G) heterocyclic dye (Azure B). When starch was used the pre-cultivation medium, decoloration G occurred also contained 12mM NH4Cl, whether or not veratric acid present. In containing 1.2mM NH4Cl acid, greater one strain P. isolate. preculture cellulose by enhanced but that other strains.
