摘要: In young male volunteers, the changes in growth hormone (GH), prolactin (PRL), and adrenocorticotropic (ACTH) release response to insulin injection combined with infusion of saline, glucose, fructose were evaluated. Glucose a dose which prevented hypoglycemia completely abolished endocrine responses. Infusion fructose, is known not cross blood-brain barrier (BBB), did influence GH during hypoglycemia; however, it inhibited PRL secretion. The ACTH was slightly attenuated delayed, while hypoglycemia-induced rise cortisol levels modified by infusion. These data indicate that glucoreceptors mediating signals for complete counterregulatory neuroendocrine are located single brain structure. Stimuli produced areas central nervous system protected BBB, those presumably present structures BBB. Glucoreceptors triggering both inside outside
