摘要: A biosurfactant-producing bacterium, designated 3B-2, was isolated from marine sediment and identified as Vibrio sp. by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The culture medium composition optimized to increase the capability of 3B-2 for producing biosurfactant. produced biosurfactant characterized in terms protein concentration, surface tension oil-displacement efficiency. optimal production contained: 0.5% lactose, 1.1% yeast extract, 2% sodium chloride 0.1% disodium hydrogen phosphate. Under conditions (28°C), crude could be reduced 41 71.5 mN/m (water), while its concentration increased up 6.5 g/L oil displacement efficiency improved dramatically at cm. Two glycoprotein fractions with molecular masses 22 40 kDa were purified biosurfactant, which held great potential applications microbial enhanced recovery bioremediation.
