摘要: Nowadays those who study the migration of population and implement policy, are actively searching ways allowing to make adaptation migrants, including migrant workers, most comfortable finally successful. Among factors influencing upon process social psychological religion is special importance. However, possibilities in a personality group changing life conditions have not been investigated enough therefore seldom taken into account practice. This fact confirms necessity comprehensive this phenomenon both from theoretical practical point view.
