摘要: Abstract Introduction The gold standard for measuring knee alignment is the lower limb mechanical axis (MA) using weight-bearing full-length x-ray (FLX). However, CT scanograms (CTS) are becoming increasingly popular in view of radiation exposure, speed data acquisition and supine positioning. We compared correlation degree agreement joint coronal these two imaging modalities. Method From our series complex primary revision arthroplasty patients, we selected those with both FLX CTS recorded onto digital PACS. alignments were assessed 24 knees valgus/varus angles relative to MA measured. Results analysed statistically paired samples t -test, Pearson's coefficient, intra-class Cohen's kappa Passing Bablok regression assess potential equality methods. mean was 180.5° (165°–200°) 181° (164°–202°) FLX. angle between assessors highly correlated ( r =0.971, p =0.988, 5° revealed by 18.8% 35.4% Conclusion Overall, good observed modalities, but reproducibility may be problematic. In malaligned limb, still remains a vital modality. should used caution under-detection malalignment.
