摘要: Abstract This study aimed to assess the harvesting of Spirulina platensis using coagulants and electrocoagulation–flotation (ECF) evaluate its influence on enzymatic hydrolysis. Using nine chemical coagulants, we obtained a biomass efficiency up 99.5%. ECF, at aluminum carbon electrode was 98%–99% 33.8%–86.9%, respectively. Hydrolysis (HE) with amylases varied from 17% 42%, degree hydrolysis (DH) proteases 1.26% 4.07%, compared an HE 31% DH 3.57% in centrifuged biomass. Compared 61.75% for biomass, 99% 85.46% harvested electrodes. The HEs electrodes were better than those alternative methods centrifugation; hence, some optimization, could be used
