摘要: INTRODUCTION Many medical schools in the United States are introducing leader and leadership curricula. However, there is a large gap regarding how to assess performance during undergraduate education. With guidance of conceptual framework, assessment measures can be developed, learners make expected improvements over time, used relevant, applied, teaching settings. Uniformed Services University (USU) students educated become healthcare leaders who perform effectively various Medical assessed on multiple occasions for elements "Operation Bushmaster" - capstone military field practicum event fourth year by experienced faculty.
