摘要: Biologic therapeutics are the medicines of future and destined to transform approaches by which causes symptoms diseases cured alleviated. These will be accelerated through development novel strategies that target multiple pharmacologically active sites using a combination different biologics, or mixtures biologics small molecule therapeutics. However, for this potential realised, advancements in co-formulation biologic must established. This review describes current emerging developments within field highlights challenges solutions, pave-the-way towards their clinical translation.
