摘要: Abstract Perceived teaching and learning flows across individual, group, organizational levels over time were studied in a small manufacturing firm as its members developed the capacity to produce newly redesigned product. Data collected longitudinally from all employees track entire organization, within departments, between departments owner/manager. The results indicate that emphasis on was low at beginning end of process high during middle, but gradually declined time. A two cycle model depicting is proposed. Implications are discussed.
