摘要: Somatostatin (SOM) is a neuropeptide that widely distributed in the central nervous system of vertebrates. Two isoforms somatostatin (SS1 and SS2) have been characterized sturgeon situ hybridisation studies brain demonstrated mRNAs two precursors (PSS1 PSS2) are differentially expressed neurons [Trabucchi, M., Tostivint, H., Lihrmann, I., Sollars, C., Vallarino, Dores, R.M., Vaudry, 2002. Polygenic expression Acipenser transmontanus: molecular cloning distribution encoding precursors. J. Comp. Neurol. 443, 332-345.]. However, neither morphology somatostatinergic nor patterns innervation yet characterized. To gain further insight into evolution this primitive bony fishes, we studied somatostatin-immunoreactive (SOM-ir) cells fibres Siberian (Acipenser baeri). Most SOM-ir were found preoptic area hypothalamus abundant coursed along hypothalamic floor towards median eminence, suggesting hypophysiotrophic role for SOM sturgeon. In addition, observed extrahypothalamic regions such as telencephalon thalamus, rhombencephalon spinal cord, which also suggests neuromodulatory and/or neurotransmitter functions peptide. Overall there was good correlation between throughout A. baeri PSS1 mRNA transmontanus. Comparative analysis results with those obtained other groups fishes tetrapods indicates widespread peptide shared by early vertebrate lines general organization systems has well-conserved during evolution.
