摘要: Vascular resistance and tissue perfusion may be both affected by impaired vascular function increased blood viscosity. Little is known about the effects of on occurrence painful vaso-occlusive crises (VOC) in children with sickle cell anemia (SCA). The aim present study was to determine which side balance (blood viscosity or function) most deleterious SCA increases risk for frequent hospitalized VOC. Microvascular function, microcirculatory oxygenation were determined a group 22 children/adolescents at steady state 13 healthy children/adolescents. Univariate analyses demonstrated blunted microvascular reactivity during local thermal heating test decreased compared controls. Multivariate analysis revealed that independent factors VOC SCA. In contrast, level dysfunction does not predict rate. conclusion, usually well supported individuals where impaired. However, context SCA, any increase decrease would risks
