摘要: This study was designed to address alterations in autonomic nervous system activity normotensive subjects with a family history of hypertension. We compared the 59 normotensives hypertension and 46 no Skin blood flow measured using laser-Doppler method on nailfold skin resting condition, during systemic cooling upright tilting. Finger pressure, pulse ECG were monitored by finapres device. Heart rate, systolic pressure microvascular power spectral analyses performed fast Fourier transformation. Baroreflex sensitivity estimated sequence method. Compared control group, showed significantly higher decreased proportion area high-frequency band heart rate variability spectrum reduced baroreflex condition as well cooling. also proved different time course tilting two groups. In contrast, we did not find any significant differences parameters spectra between Our results indicate that even exhibit an increased ratio sympathetic parasympathetic at cardiac level; however, they do show alteration vascular reactivity.
